BOB STUTH-WADE (American b. 1952)Bob Stuth-Wade was born in 1952 in Norfolk, Virginia, although he later relocated to Texas. Known for his still life and landscape paintings, he took much of his influence from Perry Nichols and Mary Sloan, with whom he studied in his early years. Stuth-Wade relies primarily on oils to depict is naturalist representations of the Texas landscape. Often painting en plein air, he strives to capture the unique environment of the Lone Star State.
